2. What information do we collect?
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, the service you are interested in and your message. We may also receive relevant information you choose to share in subsequent correspondence. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for security and website operation.
3. Why do we use it, and on what legal basis?
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss our services, prepare a proposal where requested and manage follow-up correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use necessary technical data to operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure service. We do not use the contact form to subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Who receives the information?
Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by Formspree, our enquiry form-processing provider. Our email and hosting providers may also process information to deliver and store correspondence or operate the website. We do not sell enquiry details. We may disclose information if legally required.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. We review providers' data-processing terms, locations and applicable UK international transfer safeguards. You can contact us for details of the arrangements in place.
6. How long do we keep it?
We propose to keep enquiries that do not become clients for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for a legitimate reason or legal obligation. If you become a client, relevant records may be kept for longer under our client and accounting retention arrangements. This proposed retention schedule must be put into practice before publication.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above to make a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns first.
8. Cookies and external services
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (typically retained for up to 2 years, subject to Google settings) and process online identifiers, device and usage information. We rely on your consent for optional analytics cookies and associated analytics processing. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry. We do not send your form answers or contact details to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy for further information.
We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve sharing technical connection information with Google. Our hosting provider may retain technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

We may update this notice when our services or data-handling arrangements change. The date at the top will be updated when we do so.
